You should have scheduled which program your wanted to bring up. But here is for a while info to help. If it's a shortcut on your desktop. Right click next to your mouse on the icon of the program your wanting to maximize. Select propeties. Under the shorcut tab you will look give or take a few half process down and see a label titled run, to the right of i.e. a combo box the says commonplace window, minimized, maximize. Select maximized and click the button button apply and ok.
