Are the packages and icons really tiny? It sounds close to you changed the resolution on your screen. Right-Click anywhere on the desktop (but not an icon). Left-Click on Properties. On the Settings Tab, Slide the Screen Resolution to LESS. Pick what looks best and retrieve. Voila
JUST PRESS F11
you clik the middle button at the top right of the window or press F11
