How can I repair my Philips 107S21 monitor. It is displaying lone 16 colours.?

it isn't the monitor, it's you display settings. right click on an useless space on the desktop. choose properties,a window will pop up, choose settings and this is where on earth you change the color bit rate and also the size of the peak..
Right click on desktop go to properties, later click settings and you can change it from 16 to 32.
If the right click "display settings" isn't the issue... you should find and reload the video driver from the internet.
