Answer:
Download and install PowerStrip and later enter the pixel values you listed above surrounded by PowerStrip. Don't change any timing values because they're calculated for you. NVidia is supposed to be coming out beside a fix for the bug which exists in their software. It may be out by in a minute.check their website.
