how are graphics put on tv?
Answer:
Pixel by pixel. The emblem on TV is just a bitmap that change 30 times per second (sometimes more, sometimes less, depending on the video). The TV scan from left to right, top to bottom (I won't capture into progressive vs interlaced) and draws the pictures one by one. It can do this so quickly that to you it looks similar to a moving picture. bulldog for sale
