Westinghouse has a 47" LCD TV... and at the most recent CES (Computer Electronics Show) there be a 100" LCD on display that apparantly will sell for in the region of $25,000. It was in reality made of 4 50" panels adjectives stuck together, but the seem be very thorny to see.

For normal TFTs approximately 24", however you can go and get display/presentation TFTs up to 40". Sanyo LMU-TK40C2 - Presentation display - TFT - 39.6" - 1280 x 768 - 500 cd/m2 - 600:1 - 14 ms - 0.6735 mm - DVI, VGA (HD-15)
If you want larger then you dance to an LCD TV monitor and hook that up to your PC. I have see a 42" Plasma TV hooked to a PC. Pretty damn impressive!
