How can append spare speakers to my laptop if I own built within monitor speakers which are markedly poor feature?

I own a tft hanns g monitor with built contained by speakers but the sound is exceptionally poor for music. I have the matured set of speakers from my previous monitor but even when I connect them via the green port ( they are also seperately powered) I can't seem to bring it to work at all. I hold nothing within my manual for the monitor and hold searched for tips but can't appear to find anything which I can understand Please serve

Answer:

Quite simply, buy them and plug them in. My 2.1 speakers hold a 3.5mm jack which plugs into the speaker socket on the back of your computer, it's usually a lighting green colour. I don't think there's anything wrong near your monitor speakers, they just don't produce a wearing clothes sound - mine don't even if they are working properly.
It seem to me that either the out-of-date speakers are faulty or your soundcard wants attention. I suggest you try another set of speakers ( say 2 or 2.1 set ) and if they don't offer a better sound, be in motion for the soundcard. Are you sure that all volumes ate turned up on the PC?
