Answer:

Make sure that your laptop supports this function. A lot of them do not. I myself also tried unsucessfully to hook my computer up to my TV, I never figure out s-video. You can always try this, if you right click on your desk top, jump to properties and go down to the concluding tab for display properties, if you click the pool down box for "Display:" does it say anything different? Maybe at hand is an option for TV-out. Sorry I couldnt be of more back, good luck.
OK!! you enjoy RCA outs on a laptop...

I don't know how much this will help you but this is be I find the "Output Device" you're looking for on my system:

Go to Control Panel> Display> Settings> Advanced> (Click Tab with the nickname of your video graphics)> Graphics Properties> Scheme Their you should find the "Output Device" were you can set it for: Current Device or Monitor after Set Application to Launch.
If you are constantly working on a computer, you can watch TV on your computer while taking a break from work, or singular watch your favorite TV program. Also, you can survey a TV program while the computer is downloading data or busy near some CPU intensive process. For persons staying within a small flat, space is saved when your computer also functions as a TV. For more instructions please pop in at
