How can i connect two monitors to one computer?

Answer:

you requirement 2 video cards.

With Windows XP there is suppose to be a means of access you can use a motherboard slot and only one video card, but Ive never set that up myself as I own 2 separate video cards.

Then its simply a matter of going into the systems settings and fixing the display to your wishes.

Although newer laptops with wearing clothes video ram are coming near that option out of the box.

What type of system you get? version of Windows?
You will stipulation a new dual video card that can support two monitors similar to this one:

You will also find a set of other option here:

You'll need a program that allows you to switch between the 2 monitors as you move your mouse across the eyeshade of 1 in the direction of the other, as in good health as a Y adapter cable so that the 2 monitors are connected to the monitor card's port.

Another way is to use a switch box so that you can switch between the 2 monitors as needed. I proposition both ideas because I'm not sure simply what you actually want to undertake. For the box, the common port on the box go to the monitor port on the computer, and a cable to each monitor is connected to the other 2 ports on the switch box.
you entail either two video cards, or a video card beside two video out.
