How to use 9 pin masculine D connector output to be used for 15 pin femaleD type commercial PC monitor ?

Application is using Yokogawa(Japan) DCS system 9 pin video out for Yokogawa monitor,to be usable near std. 15 pi D type monitor

It is probably standard (see first link) but unless you're feeling concrete lucky I would verify the cross-connections with Yokogawa. Surf to the appropriate Yokogawa join below and click on the Contact Us link and grant them the model and serial number(s) of the equipment you're working with and a brief description of what you want to do.
If you've get the schematic for both, you can splice. If not, google for schema. It's sort of like running a VGA monitor rotten of an EGA card; works OK unless you're wanting max resolutions.
