My Computer's Color Is All Messed Up!!! I Tried Changing The Resolution But There Are No Other Ones Besides 16 Colors and 640 x 480 Pixels. The Size Of The Windows Are Also Extremely Large.
I Have Windows ME With A Intel Pentium 2 Prossecor If That Makes A Difference.

sounds approaching your display driver isnt installed properly. go to ur :
control panel
click system
find "device manager" everywhere
and expand the "display adapters"
go to your display adapter's manufacturer's page and bring back the driver or something.
Or just use the cd if u hold it.
If you haven't gone to display properties and tried to change it within. Otherwise it sounds like you have need of to reinstall your video card driver. You seem to using the non-attendance windows display driver at the moment.
